He could have easily have charged a higher amount but he didn’t which says a lot about their professionalism, ethics and honesty which are hard to come by these days.Īfter making the full payment of £120 plus a little extra for a new hard drive (which was my choice) I then received all my data via courier within 48 hours. John was so honest that although they had 3 price ranges he charged me the lowest amount of £120 because he said luckily the hard drive was not too badly damaged and they found the the data after a quick bit of work. I then received a call from John to say they had recovered all the data including all video footage and photographs. I then received further messages to say they had commenced work on it. I received a text message and email informing me they had received the hard drive. I was then kept updated throughout the process via numerous text messages and emails. He took my hard drive and secured it infront of me before leaving. I then signed up with Lazarus via their website and a courier turned up the next day with a tote bin. He was extremely professional and honest about his pricing and did not give me false hope but promised he/ his team would try their best. I have to say my experience with them was amazing. I had never used a Data Recovery Company in the past and just came across Lazarus Dara Recovery whilst searching on Google. To me and my family this footage was absolutely priceless. I was extremely upset at thought that I had potentially lost all video footage of my children when they were babies / toddlers. Unfortunately last week my external hard drive completely crashed and did not connect to my pc, laptop, tvs or 4k player. Like many others I had backed up home videos of my children on an external hard drive. Thank you again for restoring all of my photos The service was quick, professional and so reasonable at £225 + the cost of a new hard drive. My hard drive required advanced recovery which I was fully prepared for (although didn’t require a new head which was a pleasant surprise.) They found all but 9 of 22,000 photos. They quickly arranged a courier to collect the hard drive and kept me informed at each stage. I decided it was worth the risk as they won’t take payment until they’ve recovered your files. I was still sceptical despite reading many good reviews as I had been scared of reading about scams etc. Lazarus were by far the most reasonable quote even at the worst case scenario price.

Numerous local PC people had looked at it and all advised the same - that it would need to go to a data recovery lab to have a chance of being recovered. My hard drive suddenly stopped working with 7 years of precious photos and memories. Thank you so much!!! What a fantastic service.
